Stellantis is seeking an In Field 12V Battery Lead Leader in Paris to drive quality performance across the perimeter. The role reports to the regional In Field Quality lead and owns KPI management, action plans, and customer-satisfaction metrics.

The candidate will lead an engineering team, coordinate with tech leads, plant quality managers, suppliers and engineering, and manage escalation when issues arise. A strong RCA background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience with 12V Battery quality/engineering.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to thrive in a high-intensity environment while handling multiple projects.
• Rigorous and pragmatic in approach.
• Ability to provide high-level summaries using common tools.
• Ability to lead an engineering team to deliver changes and launches on time.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions; knowledge of problem-solving tools; Green/Black Belt certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality performance and KPI ownership for the assigned perimeter and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Own improvement plans and actions to achieve quality objectives.
• Support the In Field Quality Lead in finalizing Quality status for the area of competence.
• Drive the problem-solving process using rigorous approaches and standard tools.
• Bridge the gap to new developments and ensure proper handover to function quality.
• Communicate with regional leads to manage read-across issues affecting other car lines.
