FREELANCE HOUSEKEEPER - NORMANDIE - AUTO-ENTREPRENEUR CANDIDATES ONLY

About the Villa

The property is located in Normandie, in Quetteville.

This domaine is a family home used privately by the owners.

This is an accommodated position.

You would have an independent space on the property (private bedroom, private bathroom, and a small living room).

The project

We are looking for an Experienced Maître d'hôtel with an Auto Entrepreneur (Self Employed) status ready to work on the property for the following period:

From June 08th, 2024 until September 03rd, 2024 included

We prefer the same person for both periods, but if not possible, we will find a different candidate for the second period.

The duties regarding the service will be as follows:

• Serving meals when clients are in the villa
• Setting up and clearing tables before and after meals
• Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all guests
• Serving drinks—alcoholic or non-alcoholic—and making beverages like American Coffee, Cappuccino, etc.
• Knowledge in filets of fish is a plus
• Assisting the Chef with service and organization of plates
• Preparing standard drinks and cocktails is a plus

Desired Profile

• Solid Service Skills with experience in private villas or 5-star hotels (at least 3 years)
• Expert in cleaning techniques and proficient in ironing delicate fabrics
• Autonomous, able to report, and respectful of hierarchy
• Great attention to detail
• Multitasking, flexible, able to follow processes and react in difficult situations
• Positive, team-oriented, discreet
• Always punctual and well-presented, with good communication skills
• Must speak French; English or other languages are a plus
• Legal to work in France (EU work permit)
• Valid driver’s license (Permis B) to drive in France

Salary: 300 euros/day

Accommodation: This is a LIVE-IN position, including accommodation.
