FREELANCE HOUSEKEEPER - CORSICA - AUTO-ENTREPRENEURCANDIDATES ONLY

About the Villa

The property is located in Porto Vecchio, Corsica.

There are 2 houses on the property, each approximately 500 m2.

This domaine is a private family home used exclusively by the owners.

This is an accommodated position.

You would have an independent space on the property (private bedroom, private bathroom, and a small living room).

The project

We are looking for an Experienced Housekeeper with an Auto Entrepreneur (Self Employed) status, ready to work on the property during the following periods:

• From July 17th, 2024 to August 20th, 2024 (start and end dates included)

Ideally, we prefer the same person for both periods, but if not possible, we will seek different candidates for each period.

The duties regarding housekeeping include:

• Cleaning living spaces, bedrooms, and all interior areas
• Making beds and organizing bedrooms
• Changing sheets and bed clothing according to the Villa's schedule
• Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing supplies (soap, shampoo, etc.)

Laundry duties include:

• Managing all clothes and linen when the family is in the villa, including household linens like towels, bathrobes, bath mats, bed sheets, pillowcases, kitchen cloths, tablecloths, etc.
• Washing, stain removal, drying, and ironing linen, ensuring they are in perfect condition before storage or hanging.
• Taking clothes to dry cleaners as needed.

Service duties (as needed):

• Serving meals when the clients are present
• Setting up and clearing the dining table

Desired Profile

• Solid Housekeeping Skills with experience in private villas or 5-star Hotels (at least 3 years)
• Expertise in cleaning techniques and proficient in ironing delicate fabrics
• Highly autonomous, able to report and respect hierarchy
• Great eye for detail
• Multitasking, flexible, able to follow existing processes, and reactive in unusual situations
• Positive attitude, team player, discreet
• Always punctual, well-presented, with strong communication skills
• Must speak French; English or other languages are a plus
• Legal ability to work within France (EU work permit)
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) to drive in France

Salary: 300 euros/day.

Auto-entrepreneur/self-employed candidates only.

Accommodation:

This is a LIVE-IN position, with accommodation included. You will have your own independent space with a private bedroom, bathroom, and living area.
