We have an apprenticeship opportunity in the field of Local IT Delivery Quality & Enablement Management team to work within an international team, learn about and interact with different cultures in various countries. Focus on communicating our processes to different users, with topics such as agility, automation, and innovation, which is the various domains within the Volvo Group. Technical knowledge is important, but the willingness to bring about significant changes and to learn will be essential.

How You Can Make a Difference

We are looking for someone who can contribute to driving change within our the Local IT Delivery Quality & Enablement Management. Your interaction will primarily be with the IT Ops stable team. Additionally, you will participate in the development of processes/tools (SharePoint, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, ServiceNow, PowerApps…) that help optimize our activities through digital solutions. Finally, we also rely on your creativity and knowledge to help solve quality issues and monitor our indicators.

Who Are You?

To succeed in this position, it is important to have good interpersonal communication, proactivity, an analytical profile, agile mindset, and logical reasoning.

And since we are part of an international group, it is expected that you can communicate with different teams in various countries such as India, Sweden, Brazil, Poland, the United States, China, Belgium and France and for that, we need you. You have a B2 level in English and you should be studying fields such as information technology, engineering, or similar.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Local IT Delivery Quality & Enablement Management Apprentice to join our IT Operations team. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in various IT functions, including communication, IT support, and project management (using Agile practices). The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and possess excelle nt problem‑solving skills.

Key Activities

Provide assistance and support to Local IT teams who have questions or need help with specific issues.

Drive workshops and training sessions: conducting training sessions to educate Local IT teams on processes, tools and best practices.

Ensure that documentation is available: creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, SOP.

Register all requests in our backlog coming from Local IT teams and follow them during the whole lifecycle.

Drive operational meetings according to feedback/recommandations coming from DPO.

Ensure cross-functional collaboration: facilitating collaboration between local IT teams and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Engage and facilitate Yammer communities by posting content (share updates, articles, insights and resources that are valuate to the community)

Share useful information, such as how-to guides, tutorials and best practices that can help community members in their roles.

Create training connected to Digital solution managed within the team.

Supporting the adoption of Lean and Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
