Maki is seeking a Security Engineer Intern to work across the stack—product, infrastructure, and processes—to build security controls and shape how we do security at Maki.

You will contribute to product security, build tooling in CI/CD and IaC, and run analyses and tests on applications and infrastructure. Mentorship from engineers who care about doing things properly is provided as you tackle AI security challenges and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• You're finishing your studies (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• You have solid knowledge in computer science, including hands-on exposure to at least one area of security — whether that's application, cloud, or network and infrastructure.
• You're comfortable reading and writing code — Python, Go, or TypeScript preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contributing to product security — from how we handle data to how we design and ship features
• Building security tooling and automation in our CI/CD and IaC pipelines
• Running code analyses and intrusion tests on our applications and infrastructure
• Working on AI security challenges firsthand — including protecting our Voice AI services against prompt injection
