Job summary

Thundersoft in Paris, France seeks a Security Management professional to implement and operate a Physical Security Management System for data center facilities and onsite teams.

You will enhance security awareness, conduct inspections, and support major events and incidents, leveraging knowledge in personnel and technical security.

Qualifications

• Degree: full-time college diploma or equivalent.
• Major: Property Management, Security Technology, or related fields.
• Security experience: at least 1 year in property management or similar.
• Total work experience: at least 3 years.
• Knowledge of security management including personnel security, technical security, and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Implement the physical security management system for data center on-site operations.
• Enhance on-site security awareness and skills through training, drills, and testing.
• Perform comprehensive security inspections and address risks with corrective actions.
• Support security during major events and incidents with effective control measures.

Job description

1. Implement Physical Security Management System

• Drive data center on-site operations, facilities, and related teams to implement the physical security management system.

2. Enhance Security Awareness & Skills

• Improve on-site security team's awareness and skills through training, drills, and testing to meet job requirements and ensure local physical security.

3. Conduct Security Inspections

• Perform comprehensive security inspections of the data center, identify potential risks and hazards in a timely manner, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

4. Support Major Events & Incidents

• Ensure effective implementation of security control measures during major events and incidents.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Degree Requirement: Full-time college diploma or equivalent qualification and above.
• Major Requirement: Property Management, Security Technology, or related fields.

Work Experience

• Industry Experience: At least 1 year of security-related experience in property management or a similar field.
• Total Work Experience: At least 3 years.

Skills & Expertise

• Knowledge of security management, including personnel security (man-guarding), technical security, and emergency response.
