Location: Flexible within Europe with frequent travel across the continent, both local and international. This hybrid role combines remote work flexibility with on-site presence during critical project phases. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Master the Setup: Leverage technical prowess to install and configure sophisticated network and security systems, ensuring a flawless launch.
• Drive Commissioning Excellence: Coordinate seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and contractors. Adhere to client standards and keep projects on track. Document observations, tests, and checklists with precision.
• Solve and Innovate: Tackle unique system challenges head-on. Deliver creative, actionable solutions. Be the go-to troubleshooter for colleagues, diagnosing IT and networking hiccups.
• Collaborate and Connect: Partner with project crews and client IT teams to bring scope requirements to life and easily bridge technical gaps.
• Lead with Expertise: Advise design and sales teams, offering technical insights that shape winning bids and groundbreaking plans.
• Be the Client’s Champion: Act as the trusted technical liaison. Deliver service so exceptional that clients remain on their first call.
• Execute with Precision: Own the details and handle key technical elements across multiple projects. This includes programming, graphics, certification testing, and client training.
• Mitigate Risks: Spot potential pitfalls early, rally stakeholders, and craft strategies to keep timelines tight and budgets intact.
• Elevate the Game: Scout the latest tools and practices to boost efficiency and share your discoveries. Work with Project Managers to enhance quality and client satisfaction.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience):

• Technical Wizardry: Deep expertise in testing, designing, and operating security systems, especially in the data center realm. Proven know-how with network systems and equipment honed in high-stakes environments. Advanced programming skills. Hands-on mastery of platforms like C-CURE, Lenel, Honeywell, S2, Genetec, Axis, or Milestone is required.
• Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience in data center security systems.
• Client-First Mindset: A knack for staying calm under pressure while keeping customers delighted.

Credentials (Required Education & Certifications):

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) paired with formal network design, installation, and maintenance training. Equivalent real-world experience is also accepted.
• Certifications: Bonus points for elite certifications like Lenel OnGuard Expert, CCURE Level 4, or Genetec. Bonus points also for any network, VM, or server qualifications.

Work Environment: This role involves frequent travel across Europe. You will split your time between dynamic job sites and office work, navigating high spaces, tight corners, and construction zones. The role has physical demands, including the ability to lift to 25 pounds regularly (and 100 pounds occasionally). You may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) like hard hats or steel-toed boots and stay sharp in environments with electrical risks. Precision vision abilities are needed.
