Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent after secondary school
• 4+ years of professional domain experience
• 2+ years in change, incident, problem and project management
• ITIL / ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Excellent planning and time management
• Ability to communicate with senior management
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Self-driven and able to work independently or in a team
• EU SECRET Personnel Security Clearance is required
• Candidates must provide a recent criminal record (last 30 days) and proof of initiation of the EU SECRET clearance process
