Euronext seeks a Securitised Derivatives Analyst in Paris to support the Warrants & Certificates franchise. You will engage in market analysis, client support, regulatory monitoring, and project work across a European, cross-functional team.

You will gain exposure to the full value chain of Structured Products, collaborating with issuers, liquidity providers, regulators and internal stakeholders in an international environment. This role reports to the Head of Securitised Derivatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in financial markets, consulting, or banking (internships included).
  • Project Management skills: structured, organised approach and an experience with project management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills; excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus.
  • Interest in financial markets, derivatives, and Structured Products.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to work in an international environment.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.

Job Summary

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Securitised Derivatives Analyst to join the Indices, ETFs and Securitised Derivatives team. The position will be based in Paris, and start as soon as possible. You will report to the Head of Securitised Derivatives. You will support the development and growth of Euronext's Warrants & Certificates franchise. Working closely with senior team members, the role covers business development, market analysis, client support, regulatory monitoring, and operational projects. The successful candidate will gain exposure to the full value chain of Structured Products, interacting with issuers, liquidity providers, regulators, and internal stakeholders. Key Accountabilities
  • Business Analysis & Commercial Support Support business initiatives aimed at growing the W&C franchise across Euronext markets. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing models to support commercial decisions. Contribute to business cases, presentations, internal reporting, and the monthly invoicing process.
  • Client Support Support relationships with issuers, distributors, liquidity providers, and other market participants. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests and gather market intelligence to identify business opportunities.
  • Regulatory & Market Research Monitor regulatory developments affecting the Structured Products industry. Support the preparation of analyses and responses related to regulatory consultations and market trends.
  • Market Infrastructure & Projects Support projects to improve listing, trading, and post-trade processes. Assist in gathering business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to testing and process documentation.
  • Market Intelligence & Marketing Collect and analyse market statistics; prepare regular reports and dashboards on market activity and KPIs. Contribute to marketing materials, newsletters, client communications, and digital content. Support the organisation of industry events, webinars, and client engagement activities.
Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in financial markets, consulting, or banking (internships included).
