Job summary

Euronext is seeking a Cash Corporate Actions and Listing Operations Analyst in Paris/Brussels/Amsterdam. You will be the main contact for issuers, analyse Corporate Actions, and coordinate cross-asset listing processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, regulatory awareness, and ability to work with post-trade infrastructures. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial markets, client-facing experience, and a Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial markets, exchanges or post-trade environments.
• Experience in client-facing roles is required.
• Corporate Actions or Listing experience is a strong advantage.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong understanding of market ecosystem and data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for issuers and their representatives.
• Analyse and structure Corporate Actions ensuring regulatory feasibility.
• Advise issuers on optimal execution frameworks.
• Coordinate listing processes across asset classes (equities, bonds, ETFs, etc.).
• Draft, validate and publish official market notices.

The teams operate all Euronext cash and derivatives markets and own the service delivery to clients. This department is organized around 4 main functional departments (Member Access & Clients Services, Markets Operations and surveillance, Issuers Services Operations and Regulatory Reporting) and two transversal teams (Quality & Performance Management and Transformation & Projects).**You will be primarily responsible for:*** Acting as the main point of contact for issuers and their representatives, including agents and legal advisors* Analysing and structuring Corporate Actions, ensuring regulatory and operational feasibility* Advising issuers on optimal execution frameworks* Reviewing and interpreting legal and transaction documentation* Coordinating listing processes across multiple asset classes (equities, equity-linked instruments, bonds, ETFs, warrants and structured products)* Ensuring seamless interaction with post-trade infrastructures such as Euronext Clearing, Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) and Euroclear* Drafting, validating and publishing official Euronext market notices* Ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of Corporate Actions information* Providing clear guidance to market participants and supporting stakeholders through presentations and clarifications* Maintaining and updating instrument data across internal systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency and regulatory compliance* Contributing to the reliability of Euronext’s instrument referential* Supporting process optimisation and harmonisation across markets* Actively participating in digitalisation initiatives and high-impact transformation projects* Promoting standardisation and scalability of operations**Your profile*** At least 3 years’ experience in financial markets, exchanges or post-trade environments* Experience in client-facing roles* Corporate Actions or Listing experience is a strong advantage* Master’s degree in Finance, Business or equivalent* Strong understanding of the financial markets ecosystem and good knowledge of cash products and instruments* Familiarity with the Corporate Actions lifecycle is a plus* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset* Structured, detail-oriented and pragmatic approach* Ability to operate at both conceptual and operational levels* Strong stakeholder management and influence skills* Ability to work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment* High level of autonomy and accountability* Collaborative team player* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Fluent in English, French and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus**Working with us means**You will join a pan-European team operating in a highly regulated environment, playing a critical role in market integrity and operational excellence.
