Qualifications

Volta has created a data collection and enrichment ecosystem for curated EP lab data which is fed into a physician validated, machine learning methodology to support complex AF solutions. Missions

  1. Drive sales and execute marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and boost growth.
  2. Identify and seize new business opportunities, while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  3. Build strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, physicians, hospitals, and specialized centers to increase product adoption.
  4. Conduct market analysis and competitive research to adjust your sales approach.
  5. Ensure win-win outcomes for Volta and customers, while maintaining premium annual sales prices.
  6. Provide clinical and technical support on-site during procedures, ensuring proper use of products during procedures to maximize outcomes.
  7. Conduct product demonstrations for electrophysiologists, physicians, and medical staff to drive adoption.
  8. Train and support medical teams on device usage.
  9. Participate in data collection, and marketing activities to improve product performance and customer experience.
  10. Monitor territory performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements when needed.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards by documenting all field activities.
  12. Stay up to date on product knowledge, quality processes, and industry regulations through internal training.

Profile

You have a master’s degree in biomedical engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device industry, ideally in business development within lab environments, and ideally in electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management.

You have a strong sales mindset, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and close deals.

You have strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindset.

You have excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.

You are field-oriented, with a passion for customer interaction and frequent travel.

You have a solid understanding of the medical and lab environment.

You are fluent both in French and in English.

You are willing to travel 80% of the time.

You are based in the Paris region or Lyon area, as these locations are easily accessible for this role.
