Zegna Courchevel is seeking a Winter Seasonal Runner to support the sales floor and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth stock flow and high service levels.

You will prepare fitting rooms, assist in pricing and labeling, coordinate stock counts, and help with morning deliveries, while maintaining a tidy workspace and preventing losses.

Fluency in English and strong organization in a fast-paced luxury environment are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience as stock controller in luxury retail preferred.
• Strong organization in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
• Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Serve the store with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
• Prepare fitting rooms with requested items.
• Assist BOH with labeling and pricing.
• Coordinate annual, monthly and spot stock counts.
• Support during morning deliveries.
• Maintain a tidy workspace in line with Company guidelines.
• Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Assist in preventing thefts and losses with colleagues.
