Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A is seeking a Runner in Paris to support our vibrant store. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organization and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include preparing fitting rooms, assisting in stock coordination, and maintaining a tidy workspace. Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Able to demonstrate examples of strong organisation and working within a fast pace/high demand environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team working and problem solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare fitting rooms with requested items.
• Support to prepare pieces for display through checking the correct labelling and pricing.
• Prepare and support in the coordination of annual, monthly and spot stock counts.
• Support during morning deliveries.
• Maintain a tidy working place according to the Company guidelines.
• Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Work in order to prevent thefts and losses in cooperation with the colleagues.
