Zegna Courchevel is seeking a Winter Seasonal Runner to support the store team and assist customer advisors on the shop floor in a luxury environment. You will help prepare fitting rooms, coordinate stock processes, and assist with morning deliveries to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent interpersonal skills, and fluency in English. This seasonal position offers a fast-paced retail setting in Courchevel during peak season.

Qualifications

• Experience as stock controller in retail, luxury is a plus.
• Strong organisation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills with attention to detail.
• Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Serve the store and support customer advisors to maximise satisfaction.
• Prepare fitting rooms with requested items.
• Assist back-of-house with labeling and pricing for display pieces.
• Coordinate annual, monthly and spot stock counts.
• Support during morning deliveries.
• Maintain a tidy workspace in line with company guidelines.
• Provide and maintain high level of customer service.
• Work with colleagues to prevent thefts and losses.
