We’d love for you to join our housekeeping team this season to professionally clean vacation home properties and ensure guests arrive to a welcoming environment that’s clean and fully stocked with everything they need for a memorable vacation.

Position type: Seasonal, part-time. Employment dates begin as soon as 11/1/25 and run through the end of the season around 4/15/26. Exact schedule and hours vary based on business needs and may fluctuate weekly.

Compensation

  • $20.50 CAD / hour. Actual pay varies based on skill, experience, education and/or location.
  • Seasonal Bonus Details: $1000 paid at end of the season if employee completes entire winter season.

Responsibilities
  • Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties following cleaning procedures and company standards.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
  • Move reasonably portable furniture to clean under and behind.
  • Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
  • Create a welcoming environment for guests and owners by keeping homes clean and cared for.
  • Identify damages or needed repairs and create maintenance tickets as necessary.
  • Collect and remove trash and debris.
  • Meet and maintain required housekeeping metrics.
  • Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.
  • Replenish consumables such as soaps and paper products.
  • Maintain hot tubs as needed; on-site training provided.
  • Other duties as assigned as hospitality days vary.
Skills + Qualifications
  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation rental or similar industry is highly preferred.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required; training is available.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
  • Ability to travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation is essential.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable communicating with guests and team members, clearly and positively representing the company.
Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements
  • Work may occur indoors or outdoors in varied settings (private homes, resorts, offices, laundry facilities) with changing weather conditions.
  • Schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs; shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is required.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Regular travel within the local or regional market may be needed.
  • Physical requirements include movement such as lifting up to 50 pounds, plus standing, walking, bending, and other repetitive motions.
