Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Megève, France, is seeking a Commis de Salle to support the F&B Service Team in delivering an excellent dining experience aligned with Four Seasons standards. You will clear and reset tables quickly and neatly, ensuring every station is ready for service.

Responsibilities include transporting dishes, knowing the menu, and maintaining impeccable table settings. This is a 39-hour seasonal contract with meals and staff perks, perfect for hospitality professionals

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in France at time of application.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Transport dishes, trays and glassware from the kitchen/sommelier to the dining room and service stations during all periods of service.
• Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables.
• Know the menu and Chef’s suggestions.
• Clear and store linen, china, silverware, glassware, drinks and food in the appropriate areas.
