Leonar recherche un consultant Signal & SEA Expert pour rejoindre son équipe internationale. Vous serez le principal expert SEA et ambassadeur de notre SaaS Signal auprès de clients enterprise (US/EU) avec des budgets importants.

Vous alliez excellence opérationnelle en SEA et rôle de conseil stratégique, avec une forte dimension commerciale et des présentations en anglais (niveau C1/C2). Gestion d'un portefeuille client et opportunités d'upsell.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Signal Consultant & SEA Expert to join our fast-growing international team. This is a dual-mission role: acting as the lead authority on Search strategies (Google/Bing) while becoming the ultimate ambassador for our proprietary SaaS tool, Signal.

Beyond standard campaign management, you will act as a strategic consultant with a strong sales-oriented mindset.

Managing a portfolio of enterprise-level clients and scale-ups (budgets €1M+), you will combine SEA operational excellence with the ability to demonstrate the technological value of Signal. You excel at persuading and simplifying complex strategies for C-level executives, maintaining a high-end client-facing posture in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic SEA & Tech Consulting

• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into advanced Search Marketing strategies.
• Position Signal at the core of client strategies: demonstrate how the tool outperforms market standards in terms of performance and data insights.
• Design tailored roadmaps including tactical execution plans, budget allocation, and incrementality testing.

High-End Client Management & Sales Mindset

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients (US/EU) as a true business partner.
• Exceptional Client Facing: Present results and growth opportunities with charisma and authority.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by leveraging the power of the Signal tool.
• Serve as the guardian of client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Advanced Campaign Management

• Oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale Search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
• Deploy sophisticated bidding and segmentation strategies, utilizing Signal’s automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data teams to interpret complex data flows and draw actionable, ROI-driven conclusions.

Internal Influence & Product Feedback

• Act as the bridge between clients and our R&D team to evolve Signal’s features based on market needs.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentorship regarding SEA expertise.

Profile Required

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Paid Media, with an ultra-specialized expertise in SEA.
• Proven track record managing international accounts with complex organizational structures and high stakes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow strategic client relationships.

Soft Skills & Language

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level): Ability to lead complex presentations and negotiations in English with total fluency.
• "Salesy" Profile: Exceptional communication and presentation skills; you are persuasive and naturally comfortable in high-pressure client environments.
• Strong analytical mindset coupled with a "ROI-first" business vision.

Technical Proficiency

• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Microsoft Advertising.
• Advanced mastery of tracking and analytics tools (GA4, GTM).
• Strong appetite for SaaS tools, automation, and technological innovation.
