We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and outbound-focused International Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Paris. You will be part of the Sociabble International Sales Department and play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, directly contributing to the company's future expansion.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and leverage some of the most successful best practices in Sales Development. It also encourages cross-department collaboration to maximize your impact.

Your missions include:
  1. Prospecting and identifying potential Enterprise and Mid-Market clients in the US & EMEA.
  2. Leveraging our CRM Zoho for outbound and inbound efforts.
  3. Collaborating with our marketing team for support on outbound campaigns.
  4. Calling both cold and warm leads to initiate contact and book meetings with good-fit prospects.
  5. Securing appointments via email, social selling, and other creative means.
  6. Developing leads from white paper downloads, event participation, and other inbound sources.
  7. Creating email, call, and social selling sequences for outbound campaigns using SDR best practices.
  8. Qualifying leads based on team guidelines (BANT methodology).
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a business or marketing degree.
  • Speaks English at a near-native level with proven success in B2B sales, especially within native English markets.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, and is persuasive.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone regardless of who they are talking to.
  • Has knowledge or understanding of Sociabble's industry and use-cases (Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Employee Advocacy).
  • Possesses excellent priority management skills.
  • Can identify business opportunities through interaction.
  • Thrives in innovative, fast-paced environments where change is constant.
  • Familiar with current technologies impacting the workforce, such as AI.
