Qualifications

About the role

As we grow and acquire more and larger clients, our sales team continues to develop. As part of our Sales team (including Business Development, Account Executives, Sales Operations, and Sales Engineering), you will play a key role in leading outbound strategy for the French market.

The SDR France team consists of 12 members — a welcoming team that values collaboration, feedback, and growth.

Your role includes participating in recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of new members to help us achieve our goal: onboarding as many companies as possible on a Net-Zero trajectory!

Your main tasks and responsibilities
  • Management & Animation of a team of hunters:
    - Lead 7 outbound SDRs, ensuring their performance.
    - Participate in recruiting new SDRs.
    - Onboard & train your team in collaboration with Knowledge, Ops, and SDR University.
    - Daily management of prospecting activities.
  • Pipeline Generation:
    - Collaborate with Growth, Ops, & Marketing teams to find new pipeline sources.
    - Support SDRs in lead generation activities.
    - Ensure pipeline performance and smooth handover to Sales.
    - Generate a monthly number of opportunities for Sales.
  • Participation in the Roadmap:
    - Contribute to cross-team projects.
    - Engage in continuous process improvements.
Our ideal SDR Manager
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in SaaS Sales (SDR/BDR/AE), with over 1 year in team management/leadership. Experience in a scaling environment is highly valued.
  • Skills: Bilingual in French/English, adaptable in communication, data-driven, structured, motivating, and a team player.
