PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT / TEAM
AXA Group Operations initiated a Digital Workplace program named One Workplace Program in 2019. This program aims to develop global modern products to be rolled-out within the entire group in the coming years.

As part of the program, the Devices Product line defines an innovative vision and strategy for the usage, coordination and implementation in all of AXA entities of Modern Workplace devices, (Windows, Mac, Mobile) including Virtual Desktop, while insuring legacy transition.

JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the job is to take the lead on agile practices inside the product line and become the referent on agile topic for the teams in order to make agile the nominal way of working for the whole people involved in the product line.

MISSIONS
As member of the One Workplace Modern device team, I will:
At team level

• Support teammates in getting autonomous on the Agile methodology
• Animate agile meetings for the teams and specific workshop
• Help the feature teams (product owner + team) to focus on becoming predictable in order to commit to the release planning shared with the stakeholders
• Animate dynamic, immersive & interactive retrospectives in order to keep the team spirit to “agile is a mindset” rather than a method Track team’s progress on Customer & team satisfaction as well as team velocity delivery commitment, in order to help team’s operating model improvement
• Be an agile reference in order to make the Product Line feature teams focus on their product
• Develop leadership and build an efficient team spirit in order to help Agile deployment on the whole product line
• Animate and support the Product Owners community in their activities to ensure they are autonomous and to create a concrete and systemic transformation
• Animate and support the Scrum Master community in order to create a concrete and systemic transformation
• Prepare and animate the Agile Fairs organized within the Product Line in order to share the progress, the successes and the fails in a continuous learning experience
