Qualifications

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und als Scrum Master.
• Beherrschung der Scrum-Rollen und -Artefakte.

Responsabilités

• Leitung der Hauptveranstaltungen im Team und Koordination der Produktmitarbeiter.
• Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen und Kommunikation im Team.

As a member of the Digital Factory Europe, you will contribute to the digital initiatives for the Europe Region by integrating a development team managing a large Product portfolio serving our three businesses (Fashion – Fragrance & Beauty – Watches & Fine Jewellery). Your role will be to drive the application and improvements of the agile practices.

Being responsible for the team practices, you will interact with the team members (Product Owners, Developers, QAs…) as well as with the Product Management team.

You will be reporting to the Digital Factory Lead.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL

You will join the development team responsible for MyBoutiqueApp. This product is the main tool used by advisors in Chanel boutique and is key in providing customers the best experience possible.

The team is currently composed of 2 Product Owners (1 per squad), 9 developers, 4 QAs and 3 support engineers.

1. Lead the main events in the team.
2. Coordinate the product contributors to facilitate the delivery.
3. Ensure team continuous improvements.
4. Follow retrospective actions.
5. Facilitate the communication between product contributors.
6. Feed the management back with potential impediments for the team or the delivery.
7. Contribute to the tool’s improvements.
8. Encourage the team members to look beyond their field of action.
9. Coach the team members in self-management and multidisciplinary.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

1. Academic Qualifications: Owner of a master’s degree in computer science or similar discipline.
2. Work Experience: Experience as a Scrum Master in a previous position.
3. 5+ years of experience in Software development.
4. Key Skills: Mastering Scrum roles and artifacts.
