Job summary

EPEX SPOT is seeking a Scrum Master to enable Agile teams across Website, Webshop and REMIT products. You will act as a servant leader to improve delivery flow, reduce cross-team bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in a complex multi-product environment.

You will collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity, deliver business value, and maintain independence from product decisions. Preferred locations are Paris or Amsterdam with a hybrid policy.

Qualifications

CSM/PSM certification or equivalent and hands-on Agile experience.
Solid DevOps understanding including CI/CD, test automation, and release management.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Miro and collaboration tools to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Optimize delivery flow and team performance across multiple products.
Promote Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and test automation.
Ensure backlog clarity and readiness with Product Owners, focusing on business value.
Identify dependencies and remove impediments across teams and product lines.
Facilitate alignment between teams, Product Owners and stakeholders.
