Experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
Strong knowledge of Agile techniques: User stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, CI, testing, pairing, automation, Agile Games.
First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I).
Ability to coach and mentor the team in Agile ways of working.

Be a master of techniques to improve team efficiency and to manage and resolve impediments.
Coach and support the Product Owner in backlog creation, management and refinement.
Create effective techniques for managing interruptions and protecting the team in a sprint.
Take a data-driven approach to help the team become high performing.
Support day-to-day running of the teams, helping them meet sprint goals.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our clients – a successful technology startup.

Responsibilities:

Be a master of techniques to improve team efficiency and for managing and resolving impediments
Coach and support the Product Owner in effective techniques for backlog creating, management and refinement
Create effective techniques for managing team interruptions and for protecting the team in a sprint
Take a data-driven approach to help the team become high performing.
Support the day to day running of the teams, helping them to meet their commitment to their sprint goal.

Requirements:

Experience of being a Scrum Master for a software development team that was applying Scrum principles, practices, behavior
Extensive experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
Previous experience of development of all team members and continuous development of capability within the department
You can coach and mentor the team in Agile ways of working.
