As part of the proposed European Operating Model transformation, this critical and dynamic role will lead Scientific & Regulatory Affairs activities in the France, Belgium, Netherlands cluster, where regulators are highly active, adding complexity beyond European regulations. The successful candidate will identify scientific and regulatory issues, assess their business implications, and ensure compliance or leverage initiatives as business opportunities.

What are we looking for?
  • Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills across diverse teams and locations
  • Fluent in English and the language of the cluster country
  • 5+ years experience in SRA or related fields
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
  • Collaborative mindset and positive attitude towards change
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Provide strategic regulatory guidance on regulations and emerging issues, maintaining knowledge of industry developments
  • Develop and execute external regulatory influencing strategies, representing the company externally
  • Lead compliance activities to ensure ingredient, recipe, labeling, and packaging adherence to laws
  • Manage complex SRA projects with regional or global scope, participating in relevant fora
