We are currently supporting a leading healthcare company in the search for an experienced Scientific Marketing Manager to support its international development across the EEMEA region (Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia). This is a strategic and hybrid role, ideal for a candidate with strong scientific knowledge and a marketing mindset, looking to drive international impact.
Job Description :
Conduct scientific and medical literature analysis, and extract key insights to guide global marketing strategies Translate complex scientific information into clear, actionable messages for internal commercial teams Act as a regional relay between global marketing and local sales teams Coordinate scientific engagement and establish strong relationships with KOLs in the region Contribute to training programs and promotional content creation Represent the company at international congresses and scientific events (approx. once per month) Support tender documentation, market intelligence, and competitor analysis in collaboration with local stakeholders
Profile / Requirements :
Scientific background (Master's or PhD) combined with solid marketing experience Previous experience in transfusion, hematology, or a healthcare / medical device environment is a strong asset Proven track record in managing regional or international marketing projects Experience in working with KOLs and scientific publications Excellent synthesis, communication, and strategic thinking skills Fluent in English – another language is a plus Willing to travel regularly internationally Based (or willing to relocate) to northern France (Hauts-de-France) Why apply?
