Mistral invites you to join its Research Ops team to build and operate the shared systems that let its science organization move fast at scale. You’ll own the operational layer underneath research: design clean systems, automate where possible, and make sure researchers focus on science, not infrastructure overhead.

Qualifications

• Strong systems thinking with ability to map complex processes.
• Experience building dashboards, tooling, and automations.
• Comfort with scripting, APIs, and lightweight data work.
• Experience with infrastructure, cloud systems, or vendor management at scale.
• Excellent written communication; can design clear operational processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Build and operate shared infrastructure for research, including resource and data systems.
• Create internal automations: dashboards, integrations, self-service tooling, alerts.
• Manage onboarding, leveling, and interview logistics for new researchers.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Security, and Engineering to scale cross‑functional systems.
• Translate research work into clear, timely updates for leadership and adjacent teams.
