Job summary

SMRC SERVICES SAS seeks a Scada Security Engineer to secure, design, reconfigure and maintain SCADA/HMI systems for industrial and energy environments. The role is hybrid, based in La Mure with some on-site work and remote flexibility.

The engineer will integrate field devices, monitor power systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable operation of control systems while documenting configurations and procedures for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Security expert: Network, architecture, risk Assessment, pentest.
• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering with practical understanding of industrial and power systems.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA systems and HMI design, configuration, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting control systems, communication networks, and field device integration.

Responsibilities

• Secure, design, reconfigure, and maintain the next generation of SCADA security and HMI systems for industrial and energy environments.
• Integrate field devices and monitor power systems; diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; document system configurations and procedures.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems.
• Support upgrades, migrations and provide technical input for client engagements.
