An innovative energy technology firm in Grenoble is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to support the implementation and commissioning of complex industrial automation systems. Responsibilities include developing software for PLC platforms, configuring architectures, and producing technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in industrial automation and a degree in a relevant field. This role offers competitive insurance coverage and a hybrid working model with one day of remote work per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial automation development.
• Ability to work autonomously within multi‑disciplinary project teams.
• Experience with safety automation systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain software for industrial PLC platforms.
• Configure advanced PLC architectures and manage digital interfaces.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

Connaissances

Control of refrigeration management and power conversion systems

Programming experience using Ladder, Grafcet, Structured Text

Strong proficiency with industrial automation platforms (Siemens, Schneider, Beckhoff)

Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, Profibus)

Formation

Degree in automation, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
