SASE / Cyber Security Sales Manager (North West Europe) - Manager Ventes H/F
This role is designed as 'Onsite', with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner or customer office.

As a Sales Manager, you will lead the SASE / Cyber Security team of around 10 sales representatives in North West Europe (including France, Benelux, and the Nordics). You should have experience managing a sales team, coaching, developing, and mentoring team members. Your goal is to meet or exceed commitments related to revenue growth, market share, account profitability, and customer experience.
You will lead the sales community to success by communicating direction aligned with the company's vision and strategy, inspiring the team to exceed goals, managing sales processes, recruiting and developing talent, and orchestrating major customer engagements to deliver results and enhance customer experience. You will also manage escalations, drive a hunting mentality, build executive relationships, craft strategies to win, and maximize cross-team efficiency.
Additional core skills include strategic planning, execution, forecasting, pipeline management, and operations improvement. Sales development, resource allocation, strategic account leadership, workforce management, customer relationship management, and business planning are also essential. Developing deep industry understanding, solution selling, change management, and leadership skills are critical for success.
