Une entreprise de premier plan recherche un SAP Tech Lead pour rejoindre son Centre d'Excellence. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience solide de 5 à 10 ans en architecture IT, avec une expertise spécifique en SAP S/4, pour diriger une équipe et innover dans la direction technologique à travers divers projets. Ce rôle implique également la gestion de l'équipe de développement, l'évaluation des exigences techniques, et la garantie de la qualité des solutions mises en œuvre.

Qualifications

  • Connaissance des normes/politiques d'architecture.
  • Compétences en gestion d'équipe et capacité à diriger.

  • Participer à l'animation de l'architecture d'entreprise.

Description du poste

The SAP Tech Lead will be part of SAP Center of Excellence.

As part of the SAP Center of Excellence, your main contributions will be :

  • Participate in the Enterprise Architecture animation
  • Define, document and maintain the SAP architecture(s) standards
  • Analyze wider Healthcare trends and best practice to identify best-in-class IT direction
  • Contribute to define and maintain architecture principles, policies and standards
  • Document SAP functional architecture and related affiliate IT landscape in the Group EA repository (LeanIX)

2. Technology Innovation management

  • Understand and evaluate the technology trends and the changing business landscape
  • Work closely with the SAP functional team to develop the pipeline of ideas into product concepts
  • Develop product specifications by understanding affiliates expectations and market offerings
  • Work with development team to build a working functions
  • Lead the overall architecture design & implementation and ensure that it meets the requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is consistent with a long-term vision
  • Collaborate with SAP head of product to assess new service opportunity :

Define and understand the technical requirements

  • Conduct feasibility assessments for proposed service implementations or changes
  • Advise on key technology decisions and provide service implementation estimates
  • Lead effort to review and provide input on proposals from an architectural perspective, including feasibility, practicality, technical viability, consistency and solution costs
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide implementation cost estimates
  • Review and integrate all requirements, including functional, integration, security, performance, quality, operations and economic requirements
  • Work with peer architects / solution experts to build the overall architecture of TechCARE streams, ensuring consistency with the other ERP part of TechCARE Core Solution
  • Manage the SAP development team
  • Ensure that specifications are properly followed
  • Review and resolve any risks and issues related to the solution design
  • Review the deliverables throughout the development cycle to ensure quality and traceability to requirements and adherence to all quality management plans and standards
  • Define development guidelines and ensure compliance within the teams
  • Liaise with Service Delivery Managers to monitor service performance on a monthly basis
  • Participate to SLA reviews, control metrics and operational issue and ensure corrective actions are taken

In this context we are looking for someone who has between 5 to 10 years of experience in IT architecture.
