Who you are:

As part of the Business Applications department, you will join the IT Finance team responsible for accounting, purchasing, sales, customer invoicing, and logistics on S/4HANA, acting as S/4HANA Stream lead and S/4 expert.

You will coordinate activities on S/4HANA across all modules implemented (mainly FI, SD, and MM) for multiple entities, and contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the solution.

The main application involved is SAP S/4HANA, integrated with applications like Esker, TravelDoo, Kyriba, Cashsolve, ADP, Salesforce, Mule ESB, among others.

What you'll do:

• Ensure solution stability
• Identify areas for improvement and apply best practices
• Drive SAP activities considering team capacity
• Follow ISO methodology for projects and operations, including planning and SLAs
• Lead business committees
• Ensure correct delivery of monthly releases
• Develop understanding of business processes through collaboration
• Assess business needs and implement evolutions in S/4HANA
• Document technical and functional specifications
• Maintain and enhance S/4HANA configuration/customization
• Perform integration testing and support user acceptance testing
• Assist in change management and user training

What it takes:

• BAC+5 degree with at least 8 years' experience in SAP FI-CO; experience with SAP SD/MM and SAP activities for at least 2 years
• Experience in SAP ERP implementation and operations
• Experience configuring S/4HANA
• Knowledge of global sales and purchasing processes and their financial impacts
• Ability to evaluate the impact of new requirements
• Strong analytical skills, summarization ability, and adaptability
• Autonomy, team spirit, listening skills, curiosity, and service orientation
• Experience working in intercultural environments and with external partners
• Fluent in French and English; Italian and/or Spanish is a plus
