We’re partnering with a renowned global IT consulting firm to find an outstanding SAP MM / SRM Team Lead to join their growing French practice. If you're a seasoned SAP Supply Chain or Procurement expert with 10+ years of hands-on experience and a strong track record of leading people, projects, and client engagements, this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact, client-facing role delivering transformation across procurement and supplier management processes for some of the most prestigious organizations in France.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead high-level engagements with enterprise clients, delivering SAP MM and SRM solutions aligned with strategic procurement goals.
• Facilitate Fit-Gap analyses, define procurement business processes, and capture requirements to support SAP transformation programs.
• Conduct interactive workshops focused on source-to-pay, vendor collaboration, and material management process design.
• Provide thought leadership in areas such as e-procurement, supplier enablement, contract management, and inventory control.
• Configure and implement SAP MM and SRM modules (including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Master Data, Sourcing, Contract Management, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional SAP teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure seamless integration.
• Operate within onsite / offshore delivery models, managing distributed teams and ensuring successful project delivery.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and SRM modules, including deep expertise in procurement and supplier management processes.
• Proven track record in leading client-facing engagements and delivery teams across complex SAP transformation programs.
• Strong workshop facilitation and process mapping skills, especially in areas such as sourcing, procurement, and vendor lifecycle management.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and procurement performance metrics that drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience working in global delivery environments with both onshore and offshore resources.
