Applium seeks an SAP Cloud ERP Solution & Business Leader to develop and manage the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition offering, balancing commercial, technical, and HR aspects.

Your responsibilities include leading a team of consultants, guiding pre-sales activities, and coordinating with SAP on product strategy and roadmaps. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership across multiple offices and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Expertise in configuration on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of consultants.
• Experience in bidding: drafting proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.
• Technology and functional monitoring of SAP developments (roadmap, releases).
• Strong teamwork and Business/Technical English communication.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a point of contact and monitor developments related to the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud edition.
• Help develop Applium’s roadmap for the scope of the offering.
• Help define the company's product and service strategy in this area.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and consultations: needs analysis, demonstrations/presentations, defining the target solution, estimating resources and scheduling.
• Manage the relationship with SAP regarding the vendor’s products within the scope of the offering.
• Organize the documentation for your scope: SAP documentation, new releases, project documentation (design, training materials, configuration guides, etc.).
• Organize the supervision/mentoring of consultants working within the scope of the project.
• Define hiring needs in consultation with division managers and participate in recruitment: reviewing resumes, interviews.
• Work with managers to prepare annual performance reviews of consultants on the S/4HANA Cloud project.
• Assist with team staffing in collaboration with Staffing Manager and heads of divisions.
• Manage internal R&D projects within the scope of its product offering.
• Provide services to SAP clients: expertise, consulting, analysis, configuration, training, etc.
• Participate in the financial and business review of their area of responsibility.
