Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a SAP Solution Leader in Toulouse to act as the primary authority on SAP transformation roadmaps and drive large-scale SAP programs. The ideal candidate should possess 12+ years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, focusing on Cloud ALM architecture and S/4HANA transitions.

This senior role requires strong advisory skills to C-level stakeholders, fluency in English, and preferably French. TCS offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for mentoring delivery teams and promoting innovation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP ecosystem experience with significant exposure to large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Proven track record in SAP Cloud ALM architecture and/or Solution Manager to Cloud ALM transitions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills — able to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Fluency in English required; French is a strong plus for the Toulouse market.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture for global accounts, from scoping to delivery oversight.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior client stakeholders on SAP strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Drive RISE with SAP and S/4HANA migration programs, ensuring alignment with Clean Core principles.
• Define and own SAP ALM strategy - including Cloud ALM, Solution Manager transition, monitoring architecture and operational design.
• Support pre-sales activities: solution shaping, RFP responses, client workshops and executive presentations.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP BTP, integration architecture and automation-led operations.

About the Role

As a SAP Solution Leader, you will act as the primary technical and functional authority on our most strategic global accounts. Based in Toulouse, you will drive the definition of SAP transformation roadmaps, lead pre-sales engagements, and ensure delivery excellence on large-scale SAP programs - from RISE with SAP migrations to full S/4HANA transitions. This is a senior, high-visibility role at the intersection of SAP architecture, client advisory and delivery governance - for profiles who combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture for global accounts, from scoping to delivery oversight
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior client stakeholders on SAP strategy, roadmap and governance
• Drive RISE with SAP and S/4HANA migration programs, ensuring alignment with Clean Core principles
• Define and own SAP ALM strategy - including Cloud ALM, Solution Manager transition, monitoring architecture and operational design
• Support pre-sales activities: solution shaping, RFP responses, client workshops and executive presentations
• Provide thought leadership on SAP BTP, integration architecture and automation-led operations
• Coach and mentor delivery teams, foster innovation and promote ITIL-driven service maturity
• Collaborate with global TCS SAP practice leads to bring the best of TCS capabilities to your accounts

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP ecosystem experience, with significant exposure to large-scale enterprise transformations
• Proven track record in SAP Cloud ALM architecture and/or Solution Manager to Cloud ALM transitions
• Experience operating as a solution architect or lead consultant on global, multi-country programs
• Strong communication and influencing skills — able to navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Fluency in English required; French is a strong plus for the Toulouse market
• SAP certification(s) — S/4HANA, BTP or ALM — strongly valued
