Next Ventures is seeking a highly experienced SAP PP/DS and S/4HANA Integration Expert to lead solution design and drive the configuration of complex planning and scheduling scenarios across the end-to-end supply chain.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders and cross‑functional teams across Europe, travel frequently within France and Europe, and ensure successful delivery, deployment, and stabilization of the SAP solution.

Formación

• Extensive hands‑on experience configuring and implementing complex planning and scheduling processes across FG, SFG, and RM.
• Proven track record as Planning Lead or Subject Matter Expert in global transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in post-go‑live support, troubleshooting, planning stabilization, and business adoption activities.
• Deep understanding of integration between SAP PP/DS and S/4HANA with translating business requirements into scalable planning solutions.

The role requires a highly experienced SAP PP/DS and S/4HANA Integration Expertwithin the P2F team, responsible for leading solution design and driving the successful configuration of complex planning and scheduling scenarios across the end-to-end supply chain.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP PP/DS, S/4HANA integration, advanced planning, and production scheduling, with a proven track record of delivering complex planning solutions involving multiple configuration settings and business requirements. The individual is expected to work closely with client stakeholders, as well as cross-functional and technical teams across Europe and globally, ensuring the successful delivery, deployment, and stabilization of the solution.

Key qualifications include:

• Extensive hands‑on experience configuring and implementing complexplanning and scheduling processesacross Finished Goods (FG), Semi‑Finished Goods (SFG), and Raw Materials.
• Demonstrated success serving as a Planning Lead or Subject Matter Expertin multiple global transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in post-go‑live support, troubleshooting, planning stabilization, and business adoptionactivities.
• Deep understanding of integration points between SAP PP/DS and S/4HANA, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead workshops and influence decision‑making at both business and technical levels.
• Strong ownership mindset, self‑driven approach, and proven ability to collaborate effectively within international and multidisciplinary teams.

Given the nature of the engagement, the consultant should be flexible and willing to travel frequently across France and Europe to support client workshops and key project activities.
