Our Client is seeking a Senior SAP PP Consultant / Manufacturing Transformation Lead in Paris (Hybrid) to drive large-scale manufacturing and supply chain transformations. You will work with Operations Directors, Supply Chain Leaders, Plant Managers and Sponsors to shape and deliver SAP-based business change.

The role combines deep SAP expertise with consulting leadership, requiring hands-on delivery across SAP PP, PP/DS, and related modules, and active stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Deep expertise within SAP PP.
• Multiple end-to-end SAP implementation programmes.
• SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing experience.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or workstreams.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsabilités

• Analyse manufacturing, production planning, and supply chain processes.
• Design future-state operating models and process improvements.
• Lead workshops with senior business stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of SAP best practices across manufacturing operations.
• Support business transformation initiatives from strategy through delivery.
• Lead SAP delivery including PP, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, Production Orders and Batch Management.
• Manage manufacturing workstreams and project governance.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants.

The Opportunity

We are currently supporting a specialist transformation consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior SAP PP Consultant / Manufacturing Transformation Lead to support large-scale manufacturing and supply chain transformation programmes.

This position combines deep SAP expertise with consulting leadership, allowing you to work directly with Operations Directors, Supply Chain Leaders, Plant Managers, and Programme Sponsors to drive business transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Transformation

• Analyse manufacturing, production planning, and supply chain processes
• Design future-state operating models and process improvements
• Lead workshops with senior business stakeholders
• Drive adoption of SAP best practices across manufacturing operations
• Support business transformation initiatives from strategy through delivery

SAP Delivery

Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of:

• SAP PP (Production Planning)
• MRP
• Capacity Planning
• Shop Floor Control
• Production Orders
• Batch Management
• Demand Management

Programme Leadership

• Lead manufacturing workstreams across SAP transformation programmes
• Manage teams of consultants and client stakeholders
• Own risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
• Support programme governance and steering committee activities

Practice Development

• Support business development and proposal activities
• Mentor and develop junior consultants
• Build long-term client relationships
• Contribute to the growth of manufacturing transformation capabilities

Requirements

Essential

• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience
• Deep expertise within SAP PP
• Multiple end-to-end SAP implementation programmes
• SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing experience
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading teams, projects, or workstreams
• Fluent French and English

Highly Desirable

• SAP PP/DS experience
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration experience
• Retail manufacturing experience
• Luxury goods manufacturing experience
• Telecommunications supply chain experience
