Gramian Consultancy is seeking a Senior SAP Project Systems Technical Process Owner for a major European rollout. The role bridges business process owners, functional experts, the Delivery Factory, and digital teams to ensure technical consistency and smooth cutover.

Focus is on SAP PS transactional scope, with SAP Public Cloud or S/4HANA Core Model Rollouts. Travel to client sites is expected; 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• Senior SAP technical implementation experience across rollout projects.
• Hands-on SAP PS / Project Systems in logistics/manufacturing contexts.
• Experience with SAP Public Cloud or S/4HANA Core Model Rollouts.
• Knowledge of configuration, testing, cutover and defect resolution.
• Ability to coordinate between business, functional and technical teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Our client is a global industrial leader operating in over 100 countries, known for its advanced manufacturing footprint and commitment to driving digital innovation across its factories and supply chain. They are currently undergoing one of the most significant ERP and operational technology transformations in their industry to modernize systems, improve efficiency, and enable next‑generation operations.

We are looking for a senior SAP Project Systems Technical Process Owner to support the implementation and rollout of a unified SAP solution across Europe. The role acts as a technical bridge between Business Process Owners, Functional Experts, Delivery Factory, and Digital implementation teams, ensuring technical consistency, integration quality, testing readiness, and smooth cutover execution.

This position focuses on SAP PS transactional scope, with strong relevance to logistics and manufacturing processes. The ideal consultant has hands‑on experience with SAP Public Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Core Model Rollouts, and can support configuration, data mapping, testing, defect resolution, and transition activities.

• CONTRACT: Freelance / contractor assignment
• COMMITMENT: 3 months, renewable
• LOCATIONS: Hybrid in Budapest or Grenoble — 2 days/week onsite, 3 days/week remote
• PROCESS: Technical screening followed by client interviews
• NOTES: SAP PS experience in a logistics and manufacturing context is required. Travel to other European client sites is expected around 1 week per month, with expenses reimbursed.

• Support SIT preparation, execution, defect analysis, and resolution
• Coordinate business readiness and legacy system adaptation activities
• Support cutover planning, execution, transition, and stabilization
• Work closely with BPOs, functional experts, and digital implementation teams
• Ensure alignment with SAP core model, best practices, and rollout standards
• Contribute to performance, integration, and technical quality across the solution

Requirements

• Senior experience in SAP technical implementation, rollout, or process ownership
• Hands‑on experience with SAP PS / Project Systems
• Experience with SAP Public Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Core Model Rollout
• SAP PS experience in a logistics and manufacturing context
• Experience with SAP configuration, testing, cutover, and defect resolution
• Knowledge of SAP procurement, production planning, MRP, or planning strategy
• Experience coordinating between business, functional, and technical teams
• Fluency in spoken and written English
