• Actively participate in the SAP S/4HANA implementation journey, supporting harmonization and simplification across the organization.
• Operate effectively in a complex, international matrix organization.

We are seeking a SAP PS/CO Business Partner to act as a strategic liaison between Finance and IT, with a strong focus on business process optimization, system enhancement, and delivering value through SAP PS, CO, and finance satellite systems.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the IT delivery team to identify improvement opportunities, translate business needs into system solutions, and ensure alignment with global finance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance to manage and translate needs in Project System (PS) and Controlling (CO) into actionable initiatives with the IT Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Act as a bridge between Finance and IT delivery teams to ensure business needs are addressed across the SAP and finance system landscape.
• Provide functional expertise on business processes and integration complexities to external service partners.
• Ensure smooth service delivery between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Actively participate in the SAP S/4HANA implementation journey, supporting harmonization and simplification across the organization.
• Operate effectively in a complex, international matrix organization.

Professional Skills and Experience

• Very good level in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
• 3–5 years of experience in Controlling.
• Expertise in SAP PS and CO processes, with integration knowledge across procurement, manufacturing, and sales.
• Broad technology understanding and strong business acumen.
