Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead critical SAP initiatives across multiple stakeholders and business functions in France/Onsite. You will drive delivery from initiation to go-live, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of SAP project leadership, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing diverse teams and budgets in complex enterprises; fluency in French and English is required,

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing SAP projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions, capabilities, and business process constraints.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and multicultural project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels, from operational users to Board Directors.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and governance experience.
• Experience in project initiation, business requirement gathering, and solution discovery phases.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Job Description:
