Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager for our Utilities practice in Paris. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex SAP transformation programs, focusing on ECC and S/4HANA, IS-U, and cloud-enabled initiatives.

You will collaborate with IT, business, and change teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high quality and stakeholder alignment across multi-country deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven project and program delivery track record across SAP implementations.
• Deep Utilities industry experience.
• Experience leading multi-country SAP rollouts (ECC and S/4HANA).
• Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP.

About Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Project manager with deep Utilities industry experience to lead and oversee our SAP Utilities implementation projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, extensive experience with SAP Utilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

• Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion
• Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards
• Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations
• Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks
• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA
• Deep experience in Utilities industry
• Proven track record ofleading SAP implementation projects, including greenfield, cloud migration, and transformation programs
• Strong Understanding ofSAP Utilities,SAP IS-U,RISE with SAP, andSAP BTP
• Proficiency inproject management methodologiessuch as SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall
• Demonstrated ability to manageCxO-level stakeholder relationshipsand drive strategic alignment
• Experience inbudgeting, risk management, and performance evaluation
• Excellent communication skills inFrench (C2)andEnglish (C2)
• Willingness to travel for project-related engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager
• Certification inProject Managementmethodologies such asPMPorPRINCE2
• Experience withSAP Cloud for Utilities,RISE with SAP, andSAP BTP
• Familiarity withPublic Cloud deploymentsandAgile delivery models
• Utilities industry experience, including regulatory and operational frameworks
• Proven ability tomentor teamsand foster high-performance delivery environments
