ICAPE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive SAP initiatives and digital transformation. You will translate business challenges into a technical roadmap, optimize processes and lead cross-functional teams including external partners.

Reporting to the IS Manager, you will manage governance, risk, change management and ensure successful SAP lifecycle execution. Fluency in French and English is required, with up to two days remote work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience managing complex SAP IT projects.
• Fluent French with professional English (C1).
• Strong analytical mindset and structured project leadership.
• Knowledge of SAP lifecycle, modules and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP project planning, roadmaps, milestones and governance bodies.
• Coordinate SAP lifecycle activities with internal teams and partners.
• Identify risks, manage data flows and ensure go-live readiness.

This rapid expansion is supported by major strategic initiatives aimed at transforming the Group’s Information System, creating a dynamic and stimulating environment for an experienced Project Manager.

Reporting directly to the IS Manager, the IS & Projects Department plays a strategic role at Group level. As a Project Manager, you will ensure operational performance and drive digital transformation by translating business challenges into a technological roadmap, optimizing business processes, and creating value.

1) Program Management & Governance

Build and manage SAP project planning, roadmap and key milestones (Blueprint, Build, Testing, Cutover, Hypercare).

Lead governance bodies: Steering Committees (COPIL), Project Committees (COPROJ) and workshops with SAP experts.

Budget management experience is a strong plus.

2) SAP Lifecycle & Ecosystem Expertise

Maintain a clear understanding of the SAP landscape (S/4HANA, Cloud, Fiori, BTP…).

Understand major SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HR, EWM…) without necessarily being a functional consultant.

Work effectively with both application maintenance teams (TMA) and external system integrators.

3) Risk Management & Quality Assurance

Identify impacts on IT systems, interfaces, data flows, and business processes.

Challenge business requirements by leveraging SAP standard functionalities.

Coordinate testing phases and secure go-live readiness:

Cutover planning

Communication and deployment plan

4) Leadership & Stakeholder Communication

Translate SAP topics into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.

Provide functional leadership to internal teams and external partners.

Facilitate workshops with business teams, business analysts, and SAP consultants.

5) Cross-functional Expertise

Strong knowledge of project methodologies is required (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate for SAP-related streams).

Good understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement…).

Strong exposure to solution integration principles.

Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals.

Familiarity with change management principles.

6) Contribution to the Project Management Community

Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement within the project community.

Support pre-sales activities by contributing to commercial proposals alongside internal teams.

Education: Master’s degree (Engineering School / University / Business School) in Information Systems.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in managing complex SAP IT projects.

Technical background: Strong SAP environment exposure.

Soft skills: Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, excellent communication skills with both IT and business stakeholders, adaptability.

Languages: Fluent French and professional English (minimum C1 level).

Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI) – Executive status

Remote work: Up to 2 days per week possible
