Airbus SAS is seeking a SAP Procurement Business Analyst (f/m/d) to join the Digital department based in Toulouse, France. You will contribute to bridging business needs with technology solutions for optimizing sourcing and general procurement processes.

The role involves enabling requirements quality, applying agile practices, managing stakeholders, and mapping future states to improve procurement outcomes within a global aerospace context.

Responsabilités

• Ensure requirements quality and precision by writing clear User Stories with acceptance criteria, prioritizing the "Why" before the "How".
• Apply digital and technical literacy through Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and data-driven decision making.
• Manage stakeholders effectively through active workshop facilitation (continuous discovery, story mapping) with empathy and diplomacy.
• Perform visual analysis and process mapping (As-Is vs. To-Be modeling) to define optimized future states.
• Ensure interface design coherence, Information System Security Management, and alignment between IT strategies and business operations.
