Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Supply Officer (f/m) to join the NFG Ordering team. You will manage a supplier portfolio delivering non-flying goods to the Toulouse central hub, ensuring on-time and quality aircraft deliveries across FALs and lines.

The role requires a background in Supply Chain or Purchasing Management, experience with supplier management, materials ordering, SAP/MRP, and strong KPI analytics.

Qualifications

• Background in Supply Chain or Purchasing Management.
• Experience in supplier portfolio management and materials ordering.
• Technical expertise in MRP/ERP systems (SAP) and KPI analytics.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement in supply chain.
• Fluent in English and French for international supplier management.

Responsabilités

• Perform material requirements planning, track deliveries and prioritize urgent items.
• Analyze supplier delivery performance using KPIs and define corrective actions.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize total acquisition costs.
• Manage return flows and support quality issue resolution.
• Drive flow standardization and continuous improvement projects using Lean.
