Efficient process design is central to any ERP transformation. Process excellence is achieved through a combination of process modelling, automation, and analysis & mining. These elements enable value-driven process improvements, tracking business outcomes, and promoting adoption while mitigating risks. You will ensure processes align with strategic objectives and are systematically managed throughout the implementation lifecycle, supporting value realization and risk mitigation during platform transformation. We seek candidates with expertise in these areas to join our delivery excellence team.

The role:

At Accenture, each day offers new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. As a SAP PVA & Process Excellence Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Owning and communicating the transformation and value story, exploring business cases and alternatives.
• Defining client vision through process understanding, requirements, and key value drivers, with close change management collaboration.
• Conducting current state analysis to identify inefficiencies and guide process segmentation.
• Identifying value streams for process improvements, quantifying and forecasting potential benefits.
• Helping define target state designs, creating enterprise architecture, and supporting fit-gap analysis.
• Performing process mining tests, validating improvements, and monitoring post-go-live adoption.
• Defining value realization tracking and supporting continuous improvements.
• Collaborating with Project Management Office and Value Office.

Necessary Skills / Experience:

• Extensive SAP PVA & Process Excellence experience with a focus on value.
• Experience with large SAP transformations and understanding of IT delivery methodologies.
• Business Process Modelling & Mining skills using tools like SAP Signavio, Celonis, Aris.
• Industry insight and/or SAP functional expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of Value Realisation approaches.
• Cross-functional understanding of business and value chains.
