They utilize SAP for end-to-end planning, including raw material procurement, concentrate production scheduling, and direct sales management. This is a contractual position, through the end of 2025. With the likelihood of an extension into 2026. This role is fully on-site and will be based at the client’s plant facilities in L'Arbresle, France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the purchasing of raw materials necessary for production activities, ensuring timely procurement and optimal stock levels.
- Develop and execute production planning schedules specifically for concentrates manufacturing.
- Manage and support direct sales operations, ensuring alignment with inventory and logistics.
- Utilize SAP for material planning, production tracking, and supply chain coordination.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel skills to support decision-making processes.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or production planning, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors.
- SAP knowledge is essential, particularly in planning and materials management modules.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Fluency in French is required due to international coordination with French-speaking regions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
