The Role

The SAP Managing Consultant S / 4HANA plays a key role in presales, planning, and implementing SAP RISE transformation projects, focusing on S / 4HANA (PCE) & SAP BTP.

Lead SAP transformation efforts within the country, across accounts and sales teams, to leverage Kyndryl’s value proposition for engagement presales and delivery.

Develop and manage proposals for SAP Consulting Services, providing presales support, strategy, and guidance for SAP projects to initiate SAP RISE & S / 4HANA transformations, including related technologies like BTP, Datasphere, and Integration Suite.

Define and assess business application requirements, including BPML, WRICEF, Use Cases, and detailed design support for client business processes and customization needs.

Determine requirements for SAP software subscriptions and landscape on Hyperscaler IaaS tailored to client needs for S / 4HANA PCE.

Build relationships with client organizations’ executive management for business applications.

Create a customer roadmap for SAP S / 4HANA transformation.

Plan and oversee the implementation of SAP S / 4HANA & SAP BTP solutions, managing scope and change requests.

Ensure SAP functional integration within your application domain.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 7 years of consulting experience focusing on SAP S / 4HANA implementations in domains like Finance, Logistics, or Manufacturing.

Proven track record in technical/functional application integration with responsibility for scope and schedule.

Knowledge of ABAP coding and team management.

Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and tools.

Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and French.

Experience working with virtual or distributed teams globally, including nearshore and offshore delivery.

Team player capable of training and supervising others.

Willingness to travel.

Preferred Additional Skills

Knowledge of SAP infrastructure consulting and development.

Experience with hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, GCP.

Experience with SAP RISE – S / 4HANA PCE delivery services.

Knowledge of SAP automation, DevOps, and the S / 4HANA “clean core” approach.

Experience with data migrations to S / 4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW to SAP Datasphere transformations, SAP PI / PO to SAP BTP integrations, and SAP BTP low-code/no-code development.

Familiarity with SAP Business Process analysis and mining tools like Signavio and Celonis.
