An international consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Lead Consultant for a remote role on an implementation project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM French Time management, the ability to design workshops, and excellent communication skills. This position is set to start ASAP and lasts over 6 months, requiring proficiency in English and French.

• Senior experience in SAP HCM French Time management implementation.
• Very good functional knowledge of French Time management regulatory.
• Ability to conduct and design workshops.

We are currently looking for an SAP HCM Time Lead Consultant to join an implementation project with one of our international end clients.

Start : ASAP

Duration : 6+ months

Location : Remote

Languages : English and French

Type : Contract / Freelance

Role / Responsibilities :

• Senior in SAP HCM French Time management implementation
• Very good functional knowledge of French Time management regulatory
• Good overall knowledge on the payroll process in SAP HCM
• Ability to conduct and design workshops
• Easiness to prepare functional and technical specifications (blueprint)
• Very good knowledge in implementation of SAP HCM Time management
• Present / train on the solution, UAT support
• Good customer relationship and communication skills
