A leading consulting firm seeks an SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant fluent in Spanish for a remote position. SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant - Spanish Speaking

Location: 100% Remote
Start Date: Flexible between June and September
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Our client based in Madrid, Spain is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking SAP HCM-Payroll Consultant with experience in Spanish Payroll to work on a 12-month project. The role involves configuring and customizing the entire Spanish payroll process.

Requirements

1. Strong customization experience in SAP HCM-Payroll
2. Deep knowledge of Spanish Payroll
3. Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and perform integration of new HR developments within the SAP standard

Preferred but Not Mandatory

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plus.

Languages

Fluent Spanish essential (minimum C1 level).

Start Date

The starting date is flexible. Ideally, the candidate can start as soon as possible, with the latest acceptable start date being September 1, 2023.

Workload & Travel

1. Full-time, 5 days per week (Monday – Friday), 8 hours per day
2. Remote work up to 100% possible
3. Preference for 3-4 trips to Madrid for UAT, Go-Live, etc., each lasting approximately 1 week. Travel expenses covered by the client. Remote work is acceptable if onsite travel isn't feasible.
