A leading company in the EMEA region is seeking a Senior SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant for a remote contract lasting 6–12 months, with potential for extension. The successful candidate will ensure payroll compliance and optimization while managing relationships with HR and overseeing local IT solutions. The role requires in-depth knowledge of local payroll laws, hands-on SAP configuration experience, and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant for a 6–12-month contract (with possible extension) to support payroll compliance, configuration, and process optimization in a remote EMEA setting.
Duration: 6-12 months + extension
Location: remote in EMEA
Must-Haves:
Strong understanding of local payroll compliance for the French - local laws and regulations/scenarios within SAP ECC and configuration. Weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and the impact on other system dependencies.
Hands-on configuration experience within ECC and Payroll.
Sharp business-facing skills and ability to work closely with the internal customer and external vendors.
