5 years experience in SAP HCM Payroll

Description du poste

We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant for a 6–12-month contract (with potential extension) to support payroll compliance, configuration, and process optimization in a remote EMEA setting.

Duration : 6-12 months + extension

Location : remote in EMEA

Must-Haves :

Strong understanding of local payroll compliance for France, including local laws, regulations, and scenarios within SAP ECC, as well as configuration. Experience with weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and understanding the impact on other system dependencies.

Hands-on configuration experience within ECC and Payroll.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with internal customers and external vendors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Relationship management with regional/country HR
  • Process and solution engineering
  • Project and program management
  • Service ownership, including local IT solutions
  • Provider management
  • Operational tasks
  • Demand management and AMS provider management
  • Audit management and authorizations
  • Deployment of global and regional projects
  • Resolving complex issues
  • Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with HoR

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP HCM Payroll for France
  • Technical understanding and basic configuration skills
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems and software, especially in:
    • Organizational management
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Local language capabilities
